Plastic lenses are extremely lightweight and are therefore highly recommended. Unfortunately, these lenses are a bit softer and therefore more susceptible to scratches than mineral glass. Therefore we recommend furnishing lenses made of plastic materials with our hard coat PERMADUR, so as to fully protect your lenses against scratches and tear.
